Our Story

Welcome to Dee-Liteful Treasures, your go-to destination for all things antique and unique in Indianapolis, IN. Established in 2017 by our dedicated owner, DeeLite Johnson, our store has a heartwarming story behind its inception.

Our owner started this business with a noble purpose in mind—to create a meaningful opportunity for her son, who battles severe PTSD. Recognizing the therapeutic benefits of refurbishing items, she has ventured into the world of antiques, making it a form of therapy for both her son and herself. Through hard work, passion, and unwavering determination, they transformed their shared interest into a thriving business. After a series of location changes, we are proud to say that we have finally found the perfect spot for our shop. Situated right next to our workshop, we have created a space where craftsmanship and creativity seamlessly blend together. We are thrilled to invite you to our store, conveniently located at 7912 Hotze Street in Indianapolis, IN.

At Dee-Liteful Treasures, we believe in offering exceptional customer service and a wide range of unique treasures to cater to all tastes. Our knowledgeable and friendly team is always ready to assist you in finding the perfect piece for your home or collection. Feel free to reach out to our helpful and informative staff by giving us a call at (317) 801-8721.

We are open from Tuesday to Saturday, starting at 11 AM and closing at 4 PM. For special meetings or appointments, we are happy to accommodate your schedule. We encourage you to visit our Facebook page, where we regularly update our inventory, ensuring that you stay up to date with our constantly changing selection. In addition to offering an impressive array of antique furniture pieces, including shabby chic, primitive, and farmhouse-style items, we take pride in our refurbishing services. Our skilled artisans specialize in repurposing and custom-painting furniture, adding a touch of uniqueness and personality to each piece. Whether you're looking for a statement dresser, a charming side table, or exquisite home décor, we have something for everyone.

Furthermore, at Dee-Liteful Treasures, we offer art classes, providing an opportunity for individuals to unleash their creativity and explore various artistic techniques. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist, our classes cater to all skill levels, allowing you to discover your hidden talents. We understand that convenience is key, which is why we provide local delivery services. If you've found the perfect piece but need assistance getting it home, we've got you covered. Our team will ensure that your purchase arrives safely and promptly at your desired location.

At Dee-Liteful Treasures, we are passionate about preserving the past and helping our customers create memorable spaces filled with timeless treasures. Visit us today, and let us help you find that one-of-a-kind item that will bring joy and character to your home.
